What is the role of aConsultuslive in carer?

Your role will include:

• Deliverexceptionalperson-centred care to all clients.

• Supportand encourageclients withtheirdaily activities, enabling them to enjoy the best possible quality of life.

• Promote the independence and dignity oftheclients,whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

• Offerpeace of mindto the clientsfamilymembersor representative.

• Undertake light housekeeping duties,maintainingcleanliness, hygieneand thepreparation of nutritious meals.

• Report,record,and maintain clientscare recordsaccurately, following guidelines, and liaise withtheConsultusteam as well as key healthcare professionals regarding theclients care.

• Support withtheclients medication andliaise with healthcare professionals involved in the direct care ofyourclient.

• Liaisewith Care Consultants and other carers to ensurethecontinuity of care.

• Observe,monitorand record the clientsphysical and emotional wellbeing.

• Adopt a flexible approach to meet the client's requirements - it may be necessary for you to undertakeadditionalduties within your capabilities.

• Undertake all mandatoryaward-winningtraining provided byConsultusCare,on both an annual andadditionalbasis.
