Finance Manager

The successful candidate will be working closely will work with the senior finance team to make sure everything runs smoothly as the company grows. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to take on a leadership role in a growing company. Key responsibilities:

• Work with the FD to manage the Finance team
• Make sure management accounts are produced on time and correctly
• Check accounts and help less experienced team members
• Work with auditors to make sure audits run smoothly
• Produce the statutory accounts
• Prepare the monthly report for the board
• Make sure the team is collecting effective data
• Make processes more efficient

Essential background:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong month end management accounting experience
• High level Excel skills and experience with general ledger systems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skillset
