We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Headteacher to lead a network of Independent Specialist Schools in Yorkshire. The schools specialise in supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Condition, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Mental Health needs, and Looked After Children (LAC).

As Executive Headteacher, you will be responsible for:

• Line managing and mentoring Headteachers to ensure the highest standards of education and care.
• Driving schools rated 'GOOD' by Ofsted towards achieving 'OUTSTANDING' status.
• Ensuring that the schools under your leadership provide exceptional outcomes for students and staff alike.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced educational leader who is passionate about transforming lives and empowering schools to excel.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as an Executive Headteacher within Specialist Schools/PRUs, or extensive experience as a Headteacher in SEND schools.
• A strong track record of delivering school improvement and achieving outstanding educational outcomes.
• The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead with integrity and resilience.
