Maintenance Engineer

X4 Engineering is partnered with a pharmaceutical manufacturer to find a Maintenance Engineer to work at their site in Wiltshire. We're looking for someone with a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background who has a strong understanding of GMP, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance and breakdown repairs in a cleanroom environment, supporting their daily operations to ensure the reliable supply of services to production. This is a shift-based role (12 hours: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off).

• Salary: £35-£45k + benefits + shift allowance + site bonus
• Location: Wiltshire, UK (on-site)
• Start date: ASAP

Areas of experience needed:

• L3 Apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications/experience
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background
• Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing highly desirable (experience within food manufacturing, or any regulated industry considered)

Candidates will need UK citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain/Settled Status to be considered for this role. Some candidates in the UK on a postgraduate visa may be considered.
