- Experience in 3 AA Rosetted or Michelin-starred kitchens, with a focus on fine dining
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams in a professional kitchen setting
- Passionate about creating outstanding dishes that combine innovation with classic techniques
- Skilled at fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, mentoring junior chefs effectively
- Strong organisational skills, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and adherence to quality standards

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
