I'm searching for a Junior Sous Chef who is:

• Experienced in working in high-quality kitchens, ideally with a background in British or Italian cuisine.
• A natural leader, able to support and motivate the kitchen brigade.
• Committed to upholding our high standards while contributing your own flair to the menu.
• Passionate about sustainability and local sourcing.

Junior Sous requirements:

• Assisting in menu development and creating dishes that excite and delight.
• Supervising the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence.
• Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard in line with our ethos.
• Working with the freshest ingredients, including those sourced from our own Green House and local suppliers.
• Maintaining a positive, supportive kitchen culture in keeping with the relaxed yet professional vibe of the hotel.
