Head Chef Ideal Profile:

• Experience in Michelin-starred or high-rosette kitchens (3AA or above) with a stable career history
• Skilled in managing and inspiring a team in a fine dining environment
• Passionate about delivering innovative, high-quality dishes with a focus on sustainability
• Strong operational skills, including inventory, planning, and kitchen hygiene management
• Dedicated to maintaining consistent standards of presentation, flavour, and quality
• Confident in fostering a collaborative and motivated kitchen team culture
