What's the Role?

• Run the Show: You'll be in charge of two hotel restaurants, managing everything from breakfast to dinner service.

• Keep Things Smooth: Oversee staff schedules, payroll, stock, and ordering while ensuring the kitchen is tip-top with health and safety.
