We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join a culinary team at a prestigious small luxury hotel located in the stunning Snowdonia National Park. This renowned venue, part of a unique collection of high-quality hospitality establishments, offers an exceptional dining experience.

Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience in a quality kitchen environment, ideally within a luxury or fine dining setting
• A strong passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to creating exceptional food
• Excellent skills with a keen eye for detail in food preparation and presentation
• Ambitious individual aiming for success at the highest levels of the culinary industry
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the kitchen's daily operations to maintain and enhance the venue's culinary reputation
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute innovative menus using local and seasonal ingredients
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards
• Manage kitchen inventory and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle special requests and dietary requirements with creativity and care
