About the Role

As an Examinations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of all examination processes across the College. Working closely with the Examinations Co-Ordinator, youll ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and a seamless experience for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer all aspects of examinations, including registration, timetabling, and results distribution.
  • Maintain accurate examination records and ensure compliance with awarding body regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing examination-related queries promptly.
  • Support invigilation arrangements, room bookings, and other logistical tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in student records and examination data.
  • Assist with managing online examination processes and achievement data updates.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
  • Strong skills in data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
