Job Title: Account Director (Hybrid role)
Location: Chichester PO19 7DN
Salary: £45k to £60k d.o.e. plus £10k commission
Duration: Full time, Permanent
Sector: Sustainability / Environmental
A leading water management business specialising in the sustainable use of water is looking for a vibrant individual with drive and energy to succeed, someone looking to accelerate their career, preference will be given to individuals with either experience or a strong interest in Sustainability.
The role of the Account Director:
Oversee the clients relationship with key customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and ensure invoices are sent in a timely and accurate manner.
Understand the customers’ key drivers and the clients deliverables recognising opportunities for organic growth.
* Leadership of Account Management function
* Oversee management of key accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Understand the customers’ key drivers and the clients deliverables
* Occasional travel to industry events and client meetings
* Take on and on-board new customers efficiently
* Communicate effectively with customers
* Manage budgets and invoicing process effectively
Ideal profile for Account Director:
They must have previous experience within a similar role so Account Director, Senior Account Manager position, and have excellent customer facing and contract management skills, good experience of upselling, negotiating and supporting business development, the ideal Candidate can be based anywhere, however they must be prepared to travel to the Chichester Office,
