As the Restaurant manager you will be comfortable leading a small team, nurturing them and leading from the front as the face of the business in a limited covers operation

You will need to have evidence of either a background as an assistant or Restaurant manager within a similar style of operation where quality and the guest journey is important

Have a stable background able to evidence the positive impact you are able to bring to the team
