About our client:
Our client is a well-respected law firm based in Bristol, known for their commitment to excellence and client-centred approach. They are seeking an experienced Conveyancer with at least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their supportive team.
Role Overview:
As a Conveyancer, your main responsibility will be handling a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. You will work closely with clients, ensuring a seamless conveyancing experience and timely completion of each transaction. Strong attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of conveyancing law, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and progress a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Provide expert legal advice on property transactions.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Utilise case management systems effectively to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.Requirements:
Qualified conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE.
Proven experience managing a varied caseload independently.
Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication and client-care skills.
Ability to work well within a team and manage deadlines efficiently.Benefits:
