International Logistics Coordinator

About You
Ideally we are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management. You will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of optimizing processes. Strong communication and adaptability are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage international freight from Asia to major markets (US, UK, EU).
Optimize supply chain routes for cost and efficiency.
Oversee export/import documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor shipments, resolve delays, and liaise with freight providers.
Review freight forwarding partners and propose improvements.
Supervise an Operational Assistant, ensuring performance and development.
Support additional logistics tasks during low shipment periods.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for logistics processes.
Skills Required:
Soft Skills: Communication, attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and leadership.
Hard Skills: Data analysis, logistics expertise, customs compliance, and budget management.
