£50,000 - £60,(Apply online only) recruitment are currently working with a construction client of ours who are looking to expand their team and add a Design Manager . You will be looking after projects across the East Midlands region.
Responsibilities:
Deliver complete, accurate, commercially viable design information for construction and procurement process.
Ensure design compliance to project contractual agreements, budgets and regulations
Develop and maintain BIM PrincipleIdeal Candidate:
Contractor design experience within the education sector
Management design team experience including architects, engineers, and consultants
