Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Shropshire, with hybrid and flexible working. Travel required within the Midlands and the North West.

We are currently looking for a new role as a talented Business Performance Analyst to join a large business process & digital transformation function within a leading Environmental company. The Business Performance Analyst will be surrounded by like minded people who are all trying to achieve similar goals.
The Business Performance Analyst will lead the business transformation across our non hazardous Treatment business in the Midlands and West of the UK. The successful candidate will interrogate data through Power BI and G-Suite, focus on innovative ways to improve our impact on the business through data, and support the operational business in making the best overall decisions.

What will you be doing?
Analysing large data sets to provide insights into operational activities
Innovating to improve and create technical solutions focussing on business performance
Building strong relationships to a wide range of internal stakeholders who provide large scale waste treatment services to our council clients; from general managers to machine operators
Communicating technical solutions to these stakeholders
Completing site visits to truly understand the operations behind our data
Support in creating a culture of continuous improvement and change, whilst maintaining a culture of data appreciation across the business.
Ensuring all operational datasets are maintained to the highest standard by driving a 'right first time' culture through to system users
Providing consistent and timely reports and forecasts
Working closely with product teams to drive product roadmaps
What are we looking for?
Full UK Drivers License
Experience in an operational or analytical role.
Problem solving skills.
Strong business acumen.
The ability to analyse complex datasets.
Proven experience in delivering change management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
