Internal Sales Executive
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9am – 5pm
Start Date: ASAP

The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the future growth of the department. This is a fast-paced role where you will handle incoming customer inquiries, issue quotations, and proactively follow up on them to secure new orders. Your customers will range from Builders Merchants to Contractors, and your success will rely on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with these clients.
What will I be doing as an Internal Sales Executive?
* Provide technical assistance and product recommendations, full training will be provided.
* Develop new and existing accounts.
* Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to customers.
* Issue quotations and follow through to order.
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
What We're Looking For in an Internal Sales Executive?
* Experience in phone-based sales is essential.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers at all levels.
* Computer literacy and proficiency with IT systems.
* A target-driven attitude with a passion for achieving results.
* Ability to work in line with the company’s Values and Behaviours and contribute to the overall business plan.
