What This Job Involves:
Innovative Service Delivery:- Champion the delivery of top-tier facilities services across our vibrant portfolio, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Be the go-to expert for client needs, skillfully managing escalations and driving service excellence.
- Lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge programs that make efficient use of budget and enhance productivity sustainably.
- Build and nurture proactive client relationships, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Deliver world-class service that dazzles our clients, consistently meeting and surpassing Key Performance Indicators.
- Craft and oversee precise facility operating budgets, creatively identifying opportunities for savings and efficiencies.
- Spearhead budget planning and forecasting, always aligning with client objectives and maximizing value.
- Inspire and guide a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Mentor and empower team members, embracing an ethos of performance excellence and collaboration.

- Manage exciting client initiatives, from daily operations to specific projects.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, such as security, fitness, and food services, to enhance the client experience.
- Deliver insightful portfolio management reports that drive strategic decisions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a passion for continuous learning.
- A preferred designation in LEED, CFM, or FMA to showcase your expertise.
- Solid facility management experience (soft and hard services), marked by sound judgment and a customer-centric approach.
- A knack for technology, strong communication skills, and a talent for problem-solving.
- A proven track record of delighting both internal and external clients with exceptional service.
