What This Job Involves:

Innovative Service Delivery:
  1. Champion the delivery of top-tier facilities services across our vibrant portfolio, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  2. Be the go-to expert for client needs, skillfully managing escalations and driving service excellence.
  3. Lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge programs that make efficient use of budget and enhance productivity sustainably.
Client Relationship Excellence:
  1. Build and nurture proactive client relationships, always striving to exceed expectations.
  2. Deliver world-class service that dazzles our clients, consistently meeting and surpassing Key Performance Indicators.
Financial Savvy and Strategic Planning:
  1. Craft and oversee precise facility operating budgets, creatively identifying opportunities for savings and efficiencies.
  2. Spearhead budget planning and forecasting, always aligning with client objectives and maximizing value.
Leadership and Team Empowerment:
  1. Inspire and guide a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and personal growth.
  2. Mentor and empower team members, embracing an ethos of performance excellence and collaboration.

A Glimpse into Your Day:

  1. Manage exciting client initiatives, from daily operations to specific projects.
  2. Collaborate with diverse teams, such as security, fitness, and food services, to enhance the client experience.
  3. Deliver insightful portfolio management reports that drive strategic decisions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a passion for continuous learning.
  2. A preferred designation in LEED, CFM, or FMA to showcase your expertise.
  3. Solid facility management experience (soft and hard services), marked by sound judgment and a customer-centric approach.
  4. A knack for technology, strong communication skills, and a talent for problem-solving.
  5. A proven track record of delighting both internal and external clients with exceptional service.
