Senior Civil Lawyer

Our client, one of Mildura’s oldest and largest law firms is made up of a number of specialists, servicing both Victoria and New South Wales they work with their clients to deliver exceptional legal services across a broad range of legal matters. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for their clients, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Civil Lawyer to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Civil Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex legal cases, and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm. You will handle a diverse caseload, including contract disputes, property matters, and other common law matters, providing expert legal advice and representing clients in a range of personal and business disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents including contracts, leases, shareholder agreements and settlement terms.
• Will writing and estate planning.
• Trusts and Management structuring.
• Sale and purchase of businesses.
• Representing clients in litigation.

Requirements:

• Hold an Australian Practicing Certificate.
• Police Check.
• Requisite experience in relevant commercial law or adjacent disciplines.
• Strong Communication Skills.
