Job Description
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team in the form of document preparation, proofreading and mailings, etc. Provide ongoing, creative, and innovative ideas to the team on office operations and data management. Tasks coordination, tracking and record keeping. Setting up of meetings and minutes taking. Project management, tasks scheduling and tracking. Projects progress meetings and appointments scheduling. Support management of client marketing and contact database. Support management of company mail and correspondence. Conduct internet research, compile and present data and findings. Maintain paper and electronic files, records, and paperwork. Keep office organized and stocked with required supplies. Enter weekly receipts, bills, and payments into QuickBooks. Requirements and Skills: South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must have not participated on the YES Programme. Certificate in Business/ Office Management OR Relevant experience as Business/ Office/ Project Administrator/ Management Assistant. Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data processing. Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of information. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages. Proficiency in English. Results-driven and agile. High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
