VIP Payroll Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in payroll, finance, and tax to a dynamic organization. Key Requirements: Education: Grade 12 and VIP Payroll Certification (obtained through VIP). Experience: 5 years of experience in payroll, salary & wages, or finance. Expertise in SARS e-filing and mid/tax year-end reconciliations. Skills: Proficient in Excel and Time & Attendance (T&A) systems. Knowledge of Labour Relations and Basic Conditions of Employment Acts. Solid understanding of tax legislation. Other: Strong interpersonal skills to assist management and employees with payroll-related inquiries. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Processing and reconciling payroll for new employees and terminations. Managing leave, deductions, and adjustments. Conducting pay period reconciliations and importing hours. Performing mid-year and tax year-end reconciliations. Providing month-end management information and reporting.
