SEN Pay: £90 - £110 per day

Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a vibrant mainstream primary school?
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN TA to join our supportive team in Redbridge. This role requires an immediate start and offers a competitive daily rate of £90 - £110.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning plans to help pupils achieve their potential.
Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to adapt classroom activities.
Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.Requirements:
Relevant experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
A valid DBS check registered on the update service (essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
