A leading Property Management Building Services company is seeking a Midlands based FM Business Development Manager with extensive 360 experience for a very rewarding role.
After an internal move my client is looking to backfill this exciting role.
The ideal candidate will be adept at compiling Bids, putting Tenders together.
This is a fast based Facilities Management business which would suit a real go getter who relishes reaping the rewards of success with one of the most successful business streams throughout the company.
Interviewing during December and looking to appoint very soon.
The process will be an initial introductory Teams call, meet the senior management team Face to Face, and a presentation on how you would bed into the post
