About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons to Year 3 students in all core subjects.
Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and growth.
Track and monitor the progress of students, providing tailored support where necessary.
Collaborate with the wider teaching team and school leadership.
Participate in staff meetings, parent consultations, and school events.
Uphold the schools values and contribute to a positive school culture.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous experience teaching in Year 3 or primary education is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, flexible attitude towards teaching and learning.
