Location: Havant
Employment Status: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Hours)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care home sector.
* Engage with C-Suite decision-makers through outbound calls and meetings.
* Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
* Contribute to the company's growth targets through effective sales strategies.
Requirements
* Proven track record in B2B sales.
* Experience in developing, growing, and retaining client relationships.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Resilient and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets.
* Innovative and proactive with a strategic mindset.
* Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
* Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
