Hamilton Woods are working exclusively with a Leicester based manufacturing client seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager.
This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparation.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
Manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.Requirements:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified.
Proven track record in efficient month end processes.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics.
Experience with Dynamics 365 desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
