Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Manage orders from start to finish, including scheduling deliveries, installations and site visits.
* Customer Service: Act as the main contact for clients, resolving issues and maintaining relationships.
* Team Collaboration: Work with production, engineering, sales and finance to ensure timely project delivery.
* Administration: Keep CRM records updated, issue invoices and ensure all project documentation is accurate.
* Engineer Scheduling: Plan efficient engineer routes and ensure readiness for site visits.
* Finance Support: Coordinate with finance on invoicing, credit checks and minimising financial risks.
Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of project management experience.
* A knowledge of the construction sector
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Experience in technical products, scheduling, or construction is a plus
