* Deliver primary school education lessons aligned with the curriculum while maintaining a focus on engagement and inclusion.
* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants to provide effective support for students, ensuring an optimal learning environment.
* Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
* Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment where students feel valued and motivated to learn.
* Maintain strong communication with parents and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
* Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
* Contribute to the development of the SEN provision and help shape the future of the school’s educational approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential for this role.
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting, with a focus on SEN students, is required.
* Additional experience in Early Years would be advantageous.
* Knowledge and experience working with children with ASC, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and learning disabilities.
