This is a newly created role. The business is growing sustainably but quickly - up 66% to £50 million turnover from £30 million. You will be dynamic, driven but most of all friendly and collaborative (the business is a genuinely nice place to work). They supply engineering components to some of the worlds leading engineering, manufacturing, technology and aerospace customers (very customer focused and fast paced).

What we are looking for in this Operations Manager jobs role

• An Ops Manager, Head of Operations or Operations Manager you will be part of a dynamic SLT so if you are ambitious this job has head room.
• Ideally experience of high volumes of SKUs. You will be able to handle the pace and variety of over 1500 SKUs per week going through a 25,000 approx. size warehouse. This is all about stock, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management and a bit of logistics
• We are still open to looking at candidates from wider manufacturing sectors but it needs to be fast paced. This is NOT manufacturing so if that is your bias then its maybe less suited (unless you are still growing in your career and can pivot).
• Agile, hands on, friendly, conscientious. They are a very friendly company so you will match these values
