Job Description
Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking an experienced Senior HCA and/or Team Leader to join a privately owned Nursing service in the Newport area.
This will be a nights based position inclusive of floor work, providing hands-on high quality care alongside leading an experienced and trained care team. The service is healthily staffed with a Registered Nurse and Nursing Assistant as well as a highly skilled care team and so, medication administration will not be required, however experience in medication is preferable to support in emergency situations.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and appraising staff, as well as conducting thorough inductions with new members of staff.

Essential
- Must have a min. 12 months experience as a Senior HCA / Team Leader
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Medication Awareness (desirable)
