Job Description
Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Blackley
Pay: up to £120 per day with experience!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 15:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with students to support their academic, social, and emotional development.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing individual or small-group support as required.
Help students develop life skills and promote independence, encouraging confidence and self-expression.
Implement strategies to encourage positive behaviours and manage challenges calmly and effectively.
Offer respectful support with daily routines such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility as needed.Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone who:
Has experience in SEND support, care, or a similar role working with young people.
Is compassionate, patient, and committed to understanding the needs of children with SEND.
Is a team player with excellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with staff and families.
Holds or is willing to undertake training in areas such as moving and handling or behaviour management.Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in a support, SEND, or care role is essential.
Health and social care qualifications or SEND education training are desirable.
