As a Lead Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.
Leading and managing a team, coordinating staff training needs and resources.
Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.
Contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of yourself and others.
Applying and promoting best evidence-based practices.Package and Benefits:

Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in coordination, ordering, and mentoring.
Surgical First assistant certificate desirable.
ILS and Mentorship qualification.
Experience in ENT, General surgery, and Neuro preferred.If you have experience or interest in roles such as Lead Scrub Nurse, Theatre Nurse, Lead/Senior Operating Department Practitioner, Surgical First Assistant, or Perioperative Nurse, this Lead Theatre Practitioner position could be the perfect fit for you.
