Care Assistants Needed in Fareham
We are working exclusively with a client who are seeking passionate and professional care assistants who go all-out to provide the very best care for one of my clients fantastic residential care home in Fareham.
This care home provide a unique and welcoming environment which features a range of spacious, light-filled communal areas, many of which offer views of the beautifully landscaped gardens. Their aim is to offer an ideal balance of safety and privacy, allowing residents to live their lives to the fullest.
They have an exciting opportunity for full time care assistants, on days or nights, to join their friendly and caring team for their medium sized care home. This home specialise in providing high quality care to their elderly residents with dementia.
Care Assistant Job Details:
* £11.90ph + 15p weekend uplift
* 12 hour shifts
* 36 hours contracted
* Days or Nights available
* Permanent contract
Care Assistant Main Duties:
As a carer, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care
* Supporting residents with mobility
* Providing companionship
* Assisting with meal times
* Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
* Keeping accurate records of care provided
* Reporting any changes in residents conditions
Care Assistant Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are seeking carers with the following qualifications and qualities:
* Previous experience in a HCA or Support Worker
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
