Work Winning Project Manager – Fit-Out & New Build Projects
Location: London
Salary: £100k + pacakge & industry leading commssion
We are seeking a Work Winning Project Manager with a strong background in fit-out or new build projects to join a leading tier 1 contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth, contributing to high-profile projects, and showcasing your expertise in project delivery and business development.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the pre-construction phase of projects, from tender stage through to securing work.
* Develop and implement strategies for winning new business and building long-term relationships with clients.
* Present and pitch to potential clients, representing the company’s expertise and values.
* Collaborate closely with the senior management team to identify growth opportunities and secure high-value projects.
* Ensure that the company’s proposal documents and presentations are tailored to meet client expectations and project requirements.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record in work winning within the fit-out or new build sector.
* Strong ability to pitch and present to potential clients, with excellent negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
* A strong network and established relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector.
* Solid understanding of the construction process and ability to develop winning strategies.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Previous experience with established contractors is preferred.
