GenAI Python Engineer
Contract
Daily rate: £800 - £850 (inside IR35 via umbrella)
⏳ Contract Length: 11 months
Location: Canary Wharf, London (3 days onsite)
Office conveniently located 4 mins walk from Canary Wharf train station ♀️♂️

Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Develop and implement GenAI use-cases on our client's strategic platforms
2️⃣ Hands-on coding, system analysis, design, and project delivery ️
3️⃣ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features
4️⃣ Continuously improve software performance and fix bugs
5️⃣ Explore and implement new technologies for maximum efficiency
6️⃣ Provide technical leadership and drive best engineering practises
7️⃣ Ensure high-quality, well-tested, and documented software ✅
Qualifications:
1️⃣ Proven hands-on experience with GenAI and strong Python skills
2️⃣ In-depth knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, Spark, Dask, and LangChain
3️⃣ Expertise in Kubernetes, backend development, and scalable APIs ⚙️
4️⃣ Strong understanding of software engineering best practises
5️⃣ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ✅
6️⃣ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks ♀️♂️
Education:
* Bachelor's/University degree in a technical field required; Master's degree preferred
Additional Skills:
* Excellent communication and diplomacy skills ✉️
* Ability to inspire and lead project teams
