Key Responsibilities
Preparing, monitoring, and managing project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control mechanisms
Conducting cost analysis, project valuations, and feasibility studies for steel structures and related materials
Overseeing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and managing subcontractor relationships
Conducting site visits to verify project scope, assess costs, and ensure financial alignment with project goals
Identifying potential financial risks and developing mitigation strategies
Collaborating with project managers to streamline cost management and enhance value without compromising on qualityIdeal Candidate
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the steel industry or closely related fields
Strong understanding of steel material costs, procurement processes, and contract management
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a results-driven mindset
Proficient in cost management software, MS Excel, and industry-standard toolsWhat We Offer
