Estimator – Infrastructure & High-Rise Projects
Location: Kent Area
Salary: Competitive + Package
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team and support the estimating process for high-rise and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for high-rise and infrastructure projects
* Work closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to gather all necessary information for estimating
* Evaluate and assess tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify all relevant cost factors
* Assess and manage risks, highlighting areas for cost savings and value engineering opportunities
* Provide timely and accurate cost analysis and advice to senior management and stakeholders
* Monitor and update project cost reports to ensure adherence to budget
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction sector, particularly in high-rise and infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of cost estimation, procurement processes, and construction methods
* Proficient in estimating software and tools (e.g., ConQuest, CostX, etc.)
* Ability to review tender documents and identify all necessary cost components
* Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and analytical skills
