Project Manager - M&E Engineering
Greater London, TW6
Salary - up to £65,000
We have an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK working on one of their main prestigious accounts within their Corporate division. In this role you will be working closely with the Head of Projects in delivery high quality projects from the start to end delivery.
We have placed well over 300 employees across this business which has shown consistent pathway for progression and further training opportunities within an engineers career. This leading company services clients across 77 different countries and employs over 80,000 staff worldwide and over 8,500 in the UK alone with an annual revenue of over £27b.
* Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project works, from planning to completion.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
* Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and specifications.
* Safety Oversight: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any issues promptly to keep the project on track.
Experience required as a Project Manager:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in facilities managemenyt
* Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control procedures
* Availability: Ability to start by the end of July and commit to the full project duration.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders and reporting progress accurately.
