Maintenance Electrician

Opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join our leading FM company .

We require an electrician (preferably with good knowledge of HVAC and electrical maintenance and testing) to carry out installation, repairs and testing on commercial properties predominantly in North East , but happy to travel to Cumbria and North Yorkshire when required.

Rate of pay:

* 40 hrs per week

* Overtime available

* This will be determined by experience

Experience & Qualifications:

Preferred but not essential:

* City and Guilds 2330-07 Level 3 (Electrical Installations) or alternative evidence of electrical skills set qualification.

* City and Guilds 2382-10 (18th Edition I.E.E wiring Regulations or equivalent)

* AM2

* Experience in carrying out testing and inspection, reactive maintenance works and installation works

* Fire Alarm testing

* Fault finding

* Experience of working with the general public.

* Will have a full driving licence

* General Health and Safety responsibilities

* Asbestos Awareness

* IPAF

* PASMA

Salary and Perks

£42,000 - £46,000.00 Depending on qualifications/certs and experience
