Our client is a well-established, recruitment business with offices in select locations across the UK. Operating across multiple sectors they have a good combination of ad-hoc and corporate clients and a reputation for providing an honest, reliable service. An established brand within the UK they strive to offer an autonomous environment for employees and allow each manager to manage their branch as they see fit.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager to head up their Wigan Branch which has budgeted headcount to grow in the coming year. The manager will be, tasked with the full day-to-day management of the team, expected to lead by example for the branch to grow and be responsible for the running of the P&L. The team will need to be supervised and require a motivated, disciplined and driven manager. This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to sell, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary (this is negotiable and will be in line with your experience), an unrivalled commission scheme, car allowance and package.

The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who seeks a challenge within an autonomous environment.

Previous managerial experience within a focused, targeted recruitment agency environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
