HR Business Partner - About The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the People & Culture team, providing strategic HR support to ensure the successful delivery of their people agenda. This role is key in shaping and executing people strategies that align with the organisation’s long-term business goals while enhancing the employee experience. You will collaborate with leaders across the organisation to support the development of high-performing teams, drive engagement, and manage key HR initiatives that contribute to the organisation’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leadership and managers to provide strategic HR support, guiding decision-making on organisational design, talent management, and employee engagement.
* Manage employee relations matters with a focus on resolving complex cases, including absence management, occupational health referrals, and conflict resolution.
* Support recruitment efforts, collaborating with the Talent Attraction team to advise on best practices, policy implementation, and selection processes.
* Work closely with leaders to implement organisational design initiatives, including managing terms and conditions, long-term contracts, and contractor relationships.
* Contribute to talent management and succession planning efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs and the future growth of the organisation.
* Lead the development and execution of learning and development initiatives, collaborating with managers to identify and address skills gaps.
* Support employee engagement efforts, fostering a culture of communication and feedback, and ensuring action plans are in place based on survey results.
* Oversee the annual reward process, supporting salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits administration.
* Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring policies are fit for purpose and reflect best practices across all functions.
* Proactively manage HR data and reporting to provide actionable insights to business leaders and support data-driven decision-making.
The successful HR Business Partner will have/be:
* Demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with a proven track record of supporting organisational change and delivering strategic HR solutions.
* Strong employee relations knowledge, including case management skills, ideally gained in a manufacturing, operations, or high-performance environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience in managing complex HR projects and driving change initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use HR data to inform decision-making and track performance.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
