An innovative and global AI organisationwith headquarters based in the US are looking to expand their London team dueto their rapid growth and success! They are a leading data collection andtraining organisation with a strong portfolio of clients across EMEA. They arelooking to hire a ProjectDelivery Manager to join their growing UK team.
Your new role
A Project Delivery Manager is urgently required to work alongside the Director of delivery to assist with the execution of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring successful completion and timely delivery. They will analyse performance data and recommend improvements for ongoing optimisation. The Project Delivery Manager will provide support for the executive team as required, hosting meetings, managing schedules, preparing documents and facilitating efficient decision-making.
The Project Delivery Manager will drive cross-functional collaboration and co-ordination to achieve project milestones and will propose technology and operational process improvements. They will also be required to help to create career paths/ coaching for employees based on alignment with organisational needs. The roleholder will eventually step into a managerial position and lead the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have good Project Management experience, ideally with mentoring and management ability gained from previous roles. You will have strong strategic stakeholder management abilities and possess an entrepreneurial mindset that embraces diversity and cross-cultural interaction. Experience of interacting with multiple departments, including Finance, HR etc is also required. Experience of working in the technology sector, specifically AI, would be highly desirable.

- £50k - £60k base salary
