Full-Time
Location: Birmingham
£135 - £200 Per Day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher with experience in supporting students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and complex needs.
You will be joining an inclusive educational setting where the focus is on recognizing and nurturing the unique abilities of every child, irrespective of their learning challenges. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists. You will play a vital role in implementing personalized learning plans and strategies, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. Creativity, patience, and a deep commitment to inclusivity are essential in fostering a nurturing environment where all students can succeed.

The desired Primary Teacher will possess:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with students with learning and physical disabilities, whether in mainstream, special education needs (SEN) settings, or personal care roles.
Knowledge of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and experience in using them to support individual needs.
A strong sense of flexibility, patience, and creativity in adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
A current DBS check, or a willingness to undergo the process.
