Your Role:- Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience, from the warm welcome to the last farewell.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of operations, including F&B service, events, and maintenance of this historic space.
- Drive Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze P&Ls to ensure profitability.
- Engage the Community: Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and local stakeholders to enhance the venues reputation.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve offerings and create unique guest experiences.
- Experience: Proven track record as a General Manager or senior operational leader in a premium hospitality setting.

- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
