Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative menus showcasing refined Italian seafood and pasta dishes.
• Lead and manage a skilled team of 11 chefs, ensuring excellence in execution and service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation with elegant, modern plating techniques.
• Interact with guests to enhance the dining experience, discussing dishes and daily specials.
