Job Description

Weare delighted to be working inpartnership with an independent private hospital who are looking for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to work withintheirluxury surgical centrein Crowborough.

Paying up to £41,000 per annum with excellent benefits, you will be joining a charity organisation who are rated "Outstanding" with the CQC and have an excellent reputation within private healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical expertise and support to patients on a specialist OrthopaedicWard
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated nursing team
  • Mentor and assist Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
Required qualifications & skillset:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) / NMC registered with orthopaedic experience
  • Passionate, approachable, and committed to upholding centre's outstanding reputation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop team members
  • Proactive and dedicated to ongoing learning and growth
