Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join a well-established housing association in the Bath area.

The role: Repairs Administrator
Contract: 3 month temporary contract
Pay: £16.50 / hour (paid weekly, via umbrella)
Working pattern: Mon Fri 08:00 17:00
Location: BA2

Responsibilities you will have as a Repairs Administrator:
  • Arranging and booking in appointments
  • Raising works on QL system
  • Chasing repair updates
  • Sending email reports
  • Work tray of approx. 30-50 actions per day


As a Repairs Administrator, you must have previous experience in:
  • Social housing or contractors
  • Administration
  • Planner, scheduler or coordinator roles
