What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing daily maintenance operations and managing the department budget.
• Developing and optimising the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Managing a multidisciplinary team of technicians, fitters, graduates, and apprentices.
• Leading major improvement projects and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.

What we want from you:

• Degree, HND, or HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in heavy process environments (waste, power, or similar).
• Expertise with CMMS and prior budget responsibility.
• Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH or similar) are advantageous.
