Job Description

I have partnered with one of the most prestigious London based Property Investor/Developers who are looking to bring on board an experienced BMS Engineer to extend their internal skill set within their Facilities Management Team.


My client has been in the Property Industry for over 30 years and as of last year grown to a size of circa £5billion in assets with plans to aggressively expand in 2024.


The portfolio is all commercial with a specific focus on the West End & City of London. All consisting of prime multi let offices ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 sq ft.


With a business of this calibre, this role is offering a rare and unique opportunity that you don’t come across every day.


You will work independently across 40 stunning buildings overseeing the operation and optimization of the building management systems.


You will be heavily involved in:


  • Performance of BMS & Energy Management systems
  • Inspections & Diagnostics
  • Analysing system data
  • Evaluating system upgrades or replacement
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives
