Sales Manager / Sales Director EMEA (IC role)

Remote Position with travel

ROLE: In this role, you will sell market-leading SaaS solutions designed to manage end-to-end life cycles across various sectors, including agriculture, metals, and energy. You will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing sales opportunities with large global organisations. As part of your duties, you will provide custom product presentations that address customer's business challenges and opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing deals. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Sales, you will focus on securing new business at the C-suite level.

EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling large deals and consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas. Experience in IT sales, particularly with enterprise solutions, ERPs, or SaaS, is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to generate and close new business independently and possess strong skills in pipeline management and accurate forecasting. A relevant degree would enhance your application

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Base Salary: £100,000 - £135,000 (depending on experience).
  • Commission: £100,000 bonus, paid PCM.
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday (plus statutory holidays).
